WHY 20 MILLION US DOLLARS FOR LITIGATION
On Sunday, 04,MAR,2001 the Texas Department of Public Safety police officers were out for
"blood", not playing, not joking, not having fun with a former law enforcement colleague... The
seriousness in their body language and common behavior and actions that day when they
detained me for several hours and searched my Motor Home for drugs with four
different K-9 drug detection dogs had my knees and hands shaking at the end of the day
and the following days and weeks from the stress and the seriousness of the charges that I was
facing. The police officers were not acting in a completely "neutral" fashion, they were going
to " find something" in my Motor Home that day, even if it
took all day to find it, delaying me was not a problem! I was facing prison for a
minimum of twenty years with a first class drug trafficking felony! The police
officer's use of his cellular phone while inside my Motor Home during the search
indicated to me he was being advised over the phone as to what to look for, where to look for
it and what to disassemble in the process of the interior search of my Motor Home! On Sunday March 04
2001 I was close to turning 32 years old! A 20 year prison sentence would have taken the wind
out of my life considerably, including official condemnation for a criminal offense! The
seriousness of the event being the loss of my freedom for 20 years at risk
warrants a 20 million dollar compensation from the Texas Department of Public Safety
for violating my fourth amendment United States Constitutional right to be safe and secure in
my papers, personal things and effects including the interior of my Motor Home and that warrantless
searches shall NOT be conducted without the due process of the law.
