Notice to litigate for 20 Million US Dollars
Justification for the 20 Million US Dollar Litigation against Texas Department of Public Safety.
Why 20 Million US Dollar Litigation
Filed complaint against Texas Department of Public Safety in Federal Court having jurisdiction.
Filed Complaint against Texas DPS litigation for 20 Million US Dollars
The 4th Amendment to the US Constitution and its historical interpretations.
The United States Federal Court Documents, pertinent documents that I filed in Court
supporting my case against the defendant along with the District Courts decision to dismiss my litigation against
the defendant, Texas Department of Public Safety.
This illegal police action against me might of been a possible retaliation for my opinions
expressed in the 1990s about Tim McVeigh and the
whole Waco TX incident. In any event, the officer making the traffic stop spent considerable
time on his cellular phone while his colleagues using the K9 search dogs were searching my
Motor Home.
As of 26.JUL.2004 I STRONGLY believe that during this search of my Motor Home my entire USAF folder
containing all four years of Leave and Earnings Statements and other Air Force documents
I deemed important enough to save including my Fort Dix Air Base Ground Defense School
(11x17 inch) Graduation Certificate and my Air Force Basic Training (11x17 inch) group photo
was removed from my Motor Home
from right under my nose! I believe that the front passenger in the Cedar Hill City K-9 police car
riding with the actual K-9 police officer on Sunday 04.MAR.2001 who was wearing a cover-all type of
clothing closely resembling auto mechanic cover-alls but clean and without any markings whatsoever,
I once saw this person having under this cover-all clothing something tucked in and closely
held to his chest between the coverall and his regular clothes as he was walking out of my Motor Home. I now believe
that my missing Air Force papers that were held neatly in my folder at least 2-3 inches thick where I
kept my saved records, was removed right under my nose from my
Motor Home. All four parties conducting the interior search of my Motor Home were walking in and out
of my Motor Home all day long,
it was an accident that I happened to catch a glimpse as the ride along from the Cedar Hill
police car was walking out of my Motor Home with something under
his cover alls that I now strongly believe was my missing Air Force folder containing most of
my service documents. What was inside that folder is now missing in its entirety. What was
NOT inside that folder I still have and it is my DDF214 Military
Discharge certificate, my
(Nice USAF Photos on MySpace)
DD FORM 256AF Honorable Discharge certificate and my
PHS731 (page1),PHS731 (page2) flue shot record. I still have my
"Patrolman Log/Journal" that recorded some of the significant dates that led up to 12.AUG.1990 and my subsequent
(Nice 30 day charged leave from USAF for a backpacking vacation in Western Europe Photos on MySpace) using this EuroRail pass and my then "current" and
only Passport which is now expired. I further
believe that this Illegal Search by Texas DPS was backed by USAF-OSI to whom in 2000-
Spring while living on 28xx Esplanade #4, in Chico, CA I sent a 50+ page confidential document detailing items
that may concern them, some included possible future attacks against USA (New York), some
include opinions of past attacks against USA, but most were fresh memories of attacks against
me up to that date including organized harassments
that began in 1996 while in Chico CA. Immediately after this Illegal Search by Texas DPS I
reported to, asked for official investigation and asked for legal help from the following
agencies or persons which got me nowhere (as far as I know). Here are those four pages of my
notes: Page_1, Page_2, Page_3, Page_4.
I painted my Motor Home to
these new (Nice Motorhome Photos on MySpace), original (idea) and exciting colors on or around [04.July.2002]
(Before-Painted-Photos)
and at the same time I
opened my small "Independent I. T. Consulting"
business. Texas DPS damaged the original paint near the refueling area with their K9 search
dogs and violated my Fourth Amendment constitutional right against unreasonable search and
seizure by invading my Motor
Home with four large K9 search dogs, they based their search on the K9 dogs interest in
smells coming from the gasoline refueling area of the Motor Home which is located
outside. Without a search warrant DPS took several hours to thoroughly search my Motor Home on the inside turning
things upside down in the process and making a huege mess, and they turned up nothing at the
end, making them selves look desperate by the end of the day... In retrospect I believe
that the K-9 dogs smelled denatured alcohol on a red shop rag near the gas cap (refueling
door) that the first K9 officer threw into the wind upon immediately opening the refueling
access door to the Motor Home, where the K9 search dog wanted to follow the red shop rag but
was immediately pulled back from it and was required to continue it's search near the gas
cap (refueling door) area where all four dogs eventually damaged the paint by severely
scratching the finish. I believe that the odor of denatured alcohol is used in training K9
dogs at their training academy and I sometimes use gallons of denatured alcohol mixing it into
gasoline for fuel injection cleaning and perceived performance gains. On that day or the day
before I had just put at least one gallon of denatured alcohol into the Motor Home gas tank when
purchasing gasoline at the gas station and I wiped any spills with the red shop rag that the
first K9 officer threw into the wind after his K9 search dog alerted on some odors that only
he (K9) could smell in the vicinity of the refueling access door of my Motor Home.
On 30.SEP.2004 I resigned my United States of America Citizenship in protest over the
inability to bring to justice in United States Federal Court the defendant, Texas Department
of Public Safety for the blatant violation of my Fourth Amendment Civil Rights on 04.MAR.2001, and on
22.OCT.2004 I returned the
Motor Home to the mortgage company since I still owed $15,500(USD) on the mortgage and I
could not bring it with me in my move to HUNGARY, my only remaining country of citizenship.
I published
here
all pertinent documents related to my case which I filed in court that are now available for everyone to
read, how my Fourth Amendment rights were not maintained and why justice was not served in
the Federal Court of Law where I appealed for the maintenance of my Fourth Amendment
Consitutional Civil Rights.
While persuing justice against the defendant in federal court I experienced the following
difficulties durring my visit to Dallas Texas...

I lived in Hungary for a year until I came to my senses and returned to the United States in October 2005...
Since returning to USA I'v been living in Chico CA. here which is a whole different very strange story all together...
HaHa... In October 2011 I receive this warning letter about an unpaid ticket in the City of Dallas Texas, my low opinion of Texas just sunk even lower, it is funny how double standards are normal in Texas, for example if you
harm a police dog, (like in self defense or something) then your are likely charged with the crime of assault on a "peace-officer" but if four police dogs scratch the paint of your vehicle then lawyers representing Texas will argue that Texas is
not responsible for the actions of a dog... Also if Texas illegaly searches your vehicle for nearly seven hours, desparate to find anything illegal, falls flat on their face in the end finding nothing wrong, Texas trough Federal Magastrate Court
claims statute of limitation and not held acountable for its actions in court, on the other hand the same Texas trough Dallas City Police department will issue a No-Front_License-Plate-Ticket even though I properly mounted
said license plate before Police Officer had a chance to write tiket and present it for my signature, with three-four senior Dallas Police officers standing by of whom none would "look" at the front license plate to verify that it is
in fact properly afixed to motorhome, very unprofessional (stubborn), then in Oct-2011 I receive a warning presumably for the same no front license plate ticket (years later) that I can be arrested if I don't pay-fine/court-cost
it appears there is NO statute of limitation on not displaying a front license plate in Texas... (double-standard)
