Difficulties in Dallas Texas

While in Dallas Texas and for the sole purpose of pursuing justice in United States Federal Court against the defendant
Texas Department of Public Safety I experienced the following set backs and interference in the pursuit of justice;

(1) While in Dallas Texas and for the sole purpose of pursuing justice in United States Federal Court against the defendant
Texas Department of Public Safety my bank account was emptied when in an attempt to correct a mistake made by E*Trade
Financial corporation in issuing a new set of mortgage payment coupons for the Motor Home E*Trade Financial in a 144
payment plan at $397.09 a payment has back dated me seven payments for a difference of $2779.63 more that I would have
to pay, I was on my 87th payment by August 2004 in the original coupon book that Deutch Financial printed in 1998 and for
the same month August 2004 the E*Trade Financial's just printed mortgage coupon book was incorrectly showing as my
80th payment. I was disputing this seven month extension or loss of payments on my Motor Home mortgage and for
illustration purposes I sent in to E*Trade Financial both the old and new coupons for the two most recent months that I
have made telephone payments on my mortgage along with the checks that I used to make the telephone payments with
(pay-by-phone)... E*Trade then deducted payments for the second time for these already payed for time periods where I
sent in to them both my old and incorrectly numbered new mortgage coupons that they issued and the checks that I used to make
my "pay-by-phone" payments on these two months. I sent everything in only to illustrate the seven month difference in the
coupon numbers that did not match when the new mortgage coupons were issued... E*Trade was already paid for these two
months using paid-by-phone and my checks were clearly marked so, (paid-by-phone) and (do-not-cash) etc... these checks
were then cashed anyway, they deducted payments for these two months from my bank account a second time and my bank
did not stop the duplicate check charges and I was left with an empty bank account leaving me with no money for anything
while several weeks have passed by until finally it was all cleared up page1, page2,
page3, page4, page5, page6,
page7 and the duplicate check charges were reversed along
with the hundreds of dollars worth of NSF and overdraft fees assessed against my checking account... My bank account was
emptied while I was pursuing justice in U.S. Federal Court against the defendant, Texas Department of Public Safety, I lost
alot of weight from not eating, I stood in lines with hundreds of homeless for free meals while in Dallas Texas pursuing
justice against the defendant...
(2) While in Dallas Texas and for the sole purpose of pursuing justice in United States Federal Court against the defendant
Texas Department of Public Safety two males in a modern GM truck Texas license plate "8RR-G51" on 13-SEP-2004 at
2315 Hrs parked their idling vehicle near my Motor Home in such a way as so I could not help but notice them and their
activity which was drinking a beverage from golden coloured aluminium cans for 8-12 minutes while they were sitting in
their idling truck talking and watching me as I was sitting in my Motor Home watching them for the same amount of time
engaged in some sort of Texas cowboy stare down with only two windshield and 25 feet separating the three of us... then
they drove across from me to the adjacent DART police station parking lot on Inspiration drive and casually struck up a
conversation with a uniformed DART police officer... I seized the opportunity and walked over there to confront the driver
and passenger in the truck while they were casually talking with the uniformed DART police officer and told all three of
them that I saw both the driver and passenger of the truck drinking a beverage from golden coloured aluminium cans and
that I suspected them of drinking beer, at this point the DART uniformed police officer threw up his hands and walked away
saving himself from getting involved by telling me that it happened across the street in Dallas police jurisdiction, I told the
driver and passenger of the truck that I will be making a report to the Dallas police department and as I was walking back to
my Motor Home the driver of the truck emotionally proclaimed that he will have my Motor Home ticketed, towed and
impounded for parking violations, this made it easier for me to believe my healthy suspicion that the driver and passenger of
the truck were both off duty police officers, which I directly asked and both the driver and passenger would neither confirm
nor deny when I asked them this question in front of the DART police officer before he left for not wanting to get
involved... I then walked back to my Motor Home and reported what I observed to the Dallas police including my suspicion
that these two individuals having an 8-12 minute stare down with me this evening while sitting in their idling truck and
casually drinking what appeared to be beer and then operating their motor vehicle directly in front of me were off duty
police officers. Dallas police responded with a two man patrol police car but the light truck was driven away by the time the
Dallas police cruiser arrived... and the responding police officers told me they have received a telephone complaint that night
about my parking on Inspirational drive near the DART police station parking lot with my Motor Home but after a closer
examination of the circumstances they wished me a good night saying that there was no problem with my parking... (more

(3) While in Dallas Texas and for the sole purpose of pursuing justice in United States Federal Court against the defendant
Texas Department of Public Safety the very next night a different Dallas police officer orders me on 14-SEP-2004 at 2350
Hrs to not park my Motor Home anywhere on the public streets of Dallas at any time of day or night and emotionally says
that she will cite me, will arrest me and will impound my Motor Home right now(!!!) if I don't immediately vacate all public
streets of Dallas with my Motor Home. Two police sergeants backed up the police officer's verbal order to vacate all public
streets of Dallas with my Motor Home however none of the three Dallas Police department officials with decades of Law
Enforcement experience between them were able to tell me what law or city code they were enforcing this evening with
respect to the verbal order to immediately vacate all public streets of Dallas with my Motor Home and I was issued a "no
front license plate" fix-it ticket in bad faith because I immediately attached the said license plate to the front of my Motor
Home within two minutes and certainly before the fix it ticket was finished and presented for my signature which I refused
to sign... I filed this letter page 1, page 2,
